Looks like the mercury has risen just in time... The combination of hot weather and free cold stuff is sure to result in lines around the block.
True, the promo runs from noon to 8:00pm, so in theory there should be no handbags-at-dawn scenarios, but we are talking abut the crème de la (ice) crème of the frozen goods world. Not to mention that there are only two local Scoop Shops for us to fight over:
