Watch Gordon Ramsay Agree That Dark Meat is the Better Chicken

chicken_thighs.jpg

Earlier this week, I ranted about how much better dark chicken meat was compared to white chicken meat. Now, I have about 11 Michelin stars agreeing with me.

Behold, Gordon Ramsay's recipe for Szechwan chicken, in which he says, "Chicken thighs do a lot of work, so they need more cooking, but cooked properly, they're most, and they're the tasty part of the bird."

Feels good.

Doesn't that look tasty? Remember guys, dark meat chicken is higher in fat content, so it's more moist, easier to cook well, and just plain more flavorful. Don't blindly the white meat cartel, chicken breast just isn't that good.

Proofreading before publishing is always nice. (I count two fuck ups)

Absolutely, white breast meat is bland and generally dry.  Yuk !  Always best to go for the dark thigh meat, preferably skin-on and bone-in.
