Excuse me while I wipe the drool from my keyboard.

Mac and cheese pizza is real life. A more perfect food mashup doesn't exist (Sorry, chocolate chip cookied-stuffed cinnamon rolls.). Every week, I'm making a new mashup, but after this, I don't know if anything can compare. It's the mic drop combination of all food hybrids. Plus, carbs on carbs on carbs on cheese is kind of a soul fulfilling meal on its own. Next time I'm scared, I will think back to this pizza and will be transported into my happy place.

A bit carby, no?  Now Mac N' Cheese with chorizo and queso Oaxaca might be interesting...

oh & FYI, mac and cheese pizza has been a thing for a while. Cici's Pizza has it in their buffet and a private school I used to work at would make this every other friday for pizza day from leftover macaroni and cheese. It was gross then and it is still gross as hell now. Eat mac and cheese or eat a freaking pizza. Having both is just a waste of labour and ingredients since it's all gonna taste like nothing anyway, what with the megatonnes of starch from the noodles, bechamel and crust. Dial it back.

Starch on top of starch? No thanks! And it's not because of carbs, it's because it's just too much starch to have much flavor - it's like making a rice sandwich.
