It feels like yesterday when Cismontane Brewing opened its doors in Rancho Santa Margarita.Time flies when you're old, kiddos (also - when you've been drinking).

Still, we were knocked back somewhat to hear that Evan Weinberg and Ross Stewart are marking four years of bustling beer-making success at their brewery today, tomorrow, and Sunday with the trinity of food trucks, mountain biking, and beer.

What's on tap? It's going to be a long three days, so tonight, they'll crack into every firking firkin they've got to open the festivities. If you want to sample from their archive of anniversary brews and limited library bottles, head down before these disappear.

Saturday is a more formal ticketed event where $40 will buy you eight 9-ounce samples of whatever you'd like to try. Five bucks per craft beer sounds like a decent enough deal, but if you want to save yourself another Lincoln, pre-purchase your tickets ahead of time at cismontanebrewing.com.

Cismontane means "this side of the mountain," so Sunday is all about hitting the trails near the brewery on your mountain bike with co-owner Evan and all his riding pals. In the interest of disclosure, I include myself in this circle of bike friends, and Cismontane sells beer to my place of work. I tell you this to say I drink, know, and love their beers. The riders among might recognize their Holy Jim Falls IPA is named after one of the more challenging trails you can ride in Orange County.

Will this Sunday's ride take you up that leg-breaking Trabuco Canyon trail? We weren't able to reach Weinberg before running this story, but bring your bike anyway and get ready to earn your very cold and very delicious post-ride beer.
