If oysters are your shellfish of choice, Laguna Beach should be on the itinerary for Sunday. Pacific Edge Hotel has teamed up with eco-friendly Surfrider Foundation to celebrate our love of champagne and aphrodisiacs. Titled Sip & Shuck -- Oysterfest, we're pleasantly surprised at what $25 ($30 at the door) can get you.

The drinks will be free flowing, with unlimited bites provided by The Deck's executive chef Rainer Schwarz. Instead of extended arm selfies, go old school in their retro photo booth. While you're sipping away the afternoon, chill to live reggae and view artsy sand castles. Purchasing merchandise from local brands and silent auction artists is encouraged, as 100% of the net proceeds benefits Surfrider Foundation's efforts to maintain the beach environment OC is known for. Oh, and keep that champagne flute close-- it doubles as your party favor.

Sound like your idea of a lazy weekend? Then put on your Sunday best. Sip & Shuck is scheduled from 2 - 6 p.m. For more information, check out The Deck on Laguna. Or visit their Facebook page for a chance to win tickets.
