SPIN! Pizza Reveals Second and Third OC Locations

Was it just yesterday that I said that if you're not opening a waffle sandwich joint, you're probably opening an assembly-line pizza place? Well, now there's news that even more assembly-line pizza places are coming to OC.

FastCasual.com has a story revealing that SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza, which was founded in Kansas City and has a shop already in operation in Orange, will debut two more outlets in our county. Both will be spearheaded by Hofman Hospitality Group of Hof's Hut and Lucille's Smokehouse fame which operates the Orange store and is SPIN!'s first franchisee. They have plans to open a total of 37 SPIN!s throughout Southern California in the next ten years.

The next two will be in Los Alamitos at 11122 Los Alamitos Blvd. and in Huntington Beach's Bella Terra. The Los Alamitos store is anticipated to open in December of this year and the Bella Terra location, next year in the spring.

I don't know why this is called an assembly-line pizza place. Have you been there? It's got a set menu, you don't go down any line building a pizza as you go.
