2. They need more than two cash registers.

3. Supermarkets may have rendered neighborhood butchers obsolete; but neighborhood bakers like this are here to stay.

4. They need a strawberry-croissants-only express lane.

5. I wonder what the line at 85 Degrees looks like right about now?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I believe Cream Pan used to have 2 sizes of strawberry croissant but they only have the small ones now. To Cesar Jaime my impression of Paris Baguette is different - they are more expensive and the foods are not as good. I don't think there is one Asian bakery that is on par with Cream Pan. And as a customer of Cream Pan for the last 10 years, I have to say their quality has always been very consistent. I still don't understand the 85 degree craziness. Much rather go to Cream Pan and be in and out in 15 minutes.

Paris baguette is just as good and cheaper...and the croissants didnt shrink...

My favorite place and I totally agree for an express line for just strawberry croissants...but have you noticed how much smaller the croissants got?????
