Welcome to March ladies and gentleman! Let's ease into your weekend with a little food news...

This week Edwin went to Xa Sweet and Savory Café in Orange and reported that it just keeps getting better. Then he announced the opening of a new ice cream shop in Irvine called Creamistry. He shared the news that the New York Times will now make 15 articles available daily to readers who log into Starbucks' Wi-Fi. And last he told us that the CEO of the company that owns Tabasco died last weekend.

Gustavo went to Restaurant Mary in Santa Ana, a place he now regrets not visiting for so many years. Then he told us to eat the teriyaki tacos at Main Charbroiled Burger in Santa Ana, right now! He shared another installment of Geeta Bansal's interviews with European chefs - this time she spoke with Albert Adria, the pastry genius. Last, he said that Tito's La Familia in Orange received some love from Evan Kleiman on KCRW's Good Food.

Anne Marie shared Slater's 50/50 March burger and their new location. Then she did a Q & A with Chef Marcus Samuelsson, and talked to the guys behind the food truck, Dogzilla, for her On The Line column.

Dave gave us another great review of Yelp reviews. Sarah went to Pupuseria Salvadorena for her Long Beach Lunch. I had another tutorial with the always awesome Roland Rubalacava - this time to learn how to make proper enchiladas. Dave Mau spoke with Shawn Anderson, the java Viking of Old Town Roasting in Orange. And Taylor Weik our web intern told us about 10 popular places that college students go for late night eats.

Until next time, thanks for reading, from all of us at Stick Fork In It!
