This is really cool: The paperback edition of my Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America is coming out April 16!
Do I need to write anything more? Okay, I will!
The paperback will not have changed much from the original hardcover--just some more factoids and a bunch of blurbage, really--but I'm working on some interactive features to make finding all the places I raved about--Chubbys of Denver, El Güero Canelo in Tucson, Mitla Cafe in San Bernardino--easier and more accessible for the masses to digest. There will also be another book tour for Taco USA, just in case you weren't able to catch me the first time (details are still being worked out). And, more important, the price is CHEAPER--$16 cheap!
