Revolving Sushi Restaurant to Open in Fashion Island

Up to now, the closest thing to a sushi bar you could get at Fashion Island was Hana Grill at the food court. Blue C Sushi will change this. It is a revolving sushi joint, where plates of sushi roll by on a conveyor belt, just as it does at all the other kaiten sushi restaurants in our county.


Blue C hails from the Seattle area, where it already has six locations situated in malls. The prices range from $2 to $5.50 per plate. The website for the chain of restaurants will not tell you much more than what I've already revealed.

The Fashion Island outlet will be located upstairs, near to Casey's Cupcakes and Native Foods.
