Marcus Samuelsson Cooking Demo At South Coast Plaza!

While the commotion usually occurs at Williams-Sonoma or Bloomingdale's, Macy*s Home Store in Costa Mesa will welcome Top Chef Masters Season Two winner and Red Rooster owner Marcus Samuelsson on February 25th. We're happy it's on the side of the street that's easier to park on.

Chef will hold a cooking demonstration and share some of his favorite recipes. Those wanting to score an autograph will have an opportunity, as he'll also be signing copies of his cookbook-- although we believe his newest publication is Yes, Chef: A Memoir.

The gathering starts TODAY at 6:30 p.m. Seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pick up Edwin's favorite frozen custard at Marc's Burgers at their Signature Kitchen, and cross your fingers for tastes from the demo. We'd like to place a request now for Red Rooster's fried yard bird with mashed potatoes, por favor!
