Holiday snacks are starting to creep up on store shelves, and we're particularly intrigued by this one. Nabisco has introduced Gingerbread Oreos, available for a limited time at Wal-Mart.
According to early tasters, it's the creme that's gingerbread-flavored, not the cookies. Reviews, so far, have been mixed. One blogger tried it with apple cider and proclaimed it was like "beams of golden light shot down from the clouds right into my mouth." Others weren't so impressed. ". . . the creme and cookies just don't come together for an enjoyable experience," another reviewer wrote.
Hey, they can't be worse than Candy Corn Oreos. Thank God Halloween is over.
