Aida Mollenkamp to do Book Singing THIS SUNDAY in Santa Ana, and NEXT SATURDAY in Long Beach

I first got to hang out with Aida Mollenkamp when she joined me, food goddess Evan Kleiman and a pal for an alambre run at Taqueria Cuernavaca in Ventura earlier this year. She's most famous for her television shows--Ask Aida aired on the Food Network, while FoodCrafters is on the Cooking Channel--and for her well-traveled blog and columns; I know her more as the pal of my gal, with a heart of gold and a laugh that could make Buster Keaton smile.

She'll be in Orange County and Long Beach this week, part of Aida's nationwide tour for her latest food effort, the awesome book Keys to the Kitchen.

This Sunday, Aida will be at my chica's semi-annual Patchwork Indie Arts and Craft Festival from 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. in downtown SanTana. Next Saturday, she'll be at the LBC's awesome Twig and Willow from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Go, and tell Aida her favorite OC publication sent you!
