Pho King Way in Mission Viejo to Reopen After Fire

ocweekly_phokingway_2.jpg
Pho King Way, the Mission Viejo Vietnamese restaurant that was boarded up in early February because of a kitchen fire, will reopen tomorrow, Sept. 4, according to owner Alex Le's Yelp! page.

Ye had originally hoped to restore the restaurant in April according to the Register, but when it went empty all summer, fans were left to worry that Pho King Way would never return. But the wait is over, and we'll soon all be able to indulge once again in juicy, beefy bo vien and plump, toothsome rice noodles. You could find a handful of better bowls in Little Saigon, but for South County, this was a top spot. Let's hope nothing has changed in their time away.

Pro tip: Order a side of the grilled pork!
