The "McNoodles" comes with vegetables, chicken pieces and come sauced with either sweet and sour or curry. Some articles note that it isn't the first time that McDonald's have served a noodle dish; but it is the first time they called it "McNoodles."
It was only a matter of time. There's already a McBaguette in France, after all.
