Well, it's finally happened. The Cajun/Vietnamese crustacean craze that has given Garden Grove and Westminster the case of the crabs has now infected Irvine's busiest Asian-centric food mall, too.
Kickin' Crab, which is Boiling Crab's closest and most viable competitor, will move into the space that Itriya Cafe abandoned at Diamond Jamboree. It will be the fourth Kickin' Crab location and the second crab joint of this type in Irvine.
