Insane or not, Gabrielle Dion, Ricky Yarnall and David Valiante at Laguna Beach's Broadway by Amar Santana have indeed been creating enormous batches of cocktails, carbonating them, and selling the large-batch Moscow Mules from a standard beer tap for $12.
You can go from order to that first thirst-quenching sip in fifteen seconds flat, a bonus when you've been walking around in the warmth looking at art for hours.

It's nearly always available; just look for the sign of the upturned copper mug on the leftmost tap. We have to wonder what's next--French 75 on tap? Tom Collins?
