Man Buys Whopper With 1,000 Slices of Cheese; Attempts To Eat It

Remember that Japanese reporter who ordered a Whopper with 1,050 slices of bacon and couldn't even finish it? He's at it again, this time calling ahead to his local Burger King to request a Whopper with 1,000 slices of cheese. BK complied, constructing a support structure made of taped-together drink holders wrapped around a 25-pound mountain of American cheese and the now-insignificant burger on top of it.

And, you guessed it, the man named Mr. Sato couldn't put much of a dent on this one either.  The YouTube comments are mixed, some expressing bewilderment and others outrage about the colossal waste of food despite the in-video message saying that his co-workers took home and ate the rest of the cheese.

Now the question is: when he tries this again with the lettuce and tomato, will the world care about a very large salad?

Jeebus! They charge $0.40 per slice. What a waste of money....not cheese.

You read my mind. Of all the "food" to waste, it's probably the best one. Even though it wasn't in fact wasted. But maybe the guy trying to eat it should have been; it might have helped.

I don't consider it a waste of food since I don't consider American Cheese real food.
