We don't know if we were more surprised or relieved that Donald was a man of choice words. It might be because he used to teach English, and we were prepared to type a whole lot more. Either way, his demeanor was about as chill as could be right before a lunch service.

Read our interview with Donald Williams of Curry House Coco Ichibanya, Part One.
And now, on to Part Two . . . .

Where did you grow up? If you're not from Orange County, what brought you here?
I grew up in Long Beach. What brings me to Orange County is this job

Last thing you looked up online:
I was on ESPN checking scores.

Hardest lesson you've learned:
Don't take anything for granted, and be prepared for the worst.

Last book read or movie watched; how was it?
Sherlock Holmes. I was easily distracted when I watched it from the company I was with at the time.

What's your favorite childhood memory?
Going on three day cruises on an aircraft carrier with my Dad back in Japan. From the Southern Islands to Yokohama. I remember seeing them shoot canons and blow stuff up.

Do you have any skills that are non-food related?
I'm an awesome snowboarder. I used to go in Japan, but I like going to Mammoth.

Favorite Halloween costume:
I was Fred Flintstone once.

Last song you heard on the radio:
Cough Syrup by Young the Giant.

What were you up to five years ago?
I was in Japan as a junior high school English teacher. I did that for about 14 years.
