I don't watch Mad Men, nor do I know a lick about fashion, but the designer McDonald's has hired to revamp their uniforms has told the Telegraph that the new look the company is debuting at the London Olympics has "a little bit" of Don Draper in it.

The new threads will be worn by the nearly 2,000 hand-picked employees who will work at the giant new Olympic village McDonald's (a.k.a. the biggest McDonald's in the world) and then be introduced to the entire chain later on. Gone are the red and yellows of yore, replaced by faded plaid, gherkin green, muted mustard, skinny ties and a "mod" look reminiscent of the 60's.

And also, these new uniforms are reportedly recyclable, much like 60's fashion apparently.

I'm a huge Mad Men fan and frankly...I don't see it. The uniforms look ok, but the Mad Men reference? Fail.
