Yes, it's ice cream. But it's a special kind of ice cream offered at very special kind of place. You don't tend to find this flavor at any restaurant other than this kind ( yes, I'm being nebulous).

To win this week's prize, you must identify what the flavor of the ice cream is as well as where I had it. There is another clue in the picture which should help, but that's all I'm saying. One guess per comment per person. No Weeklings allowed. Good luck.
