That is, only if you're into the idea of a build-your-own mac and cheese dish with add-ons such as dried porcini mushrooms, bacon, chopped brisket, alligator andouille, pulled pork, duck confit and ground antelope. Yes. Yes. Yes-yes-yes-yes-yes.
The event is happening tonight at Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach, starting at 5 p.m. Five bucks gets you the basic mac and cheese (you get to pick the type of pasta, sauce and herbs) and then you can add more ingredients from there. We can see how this might get a bit out of hand.
