The Playground To Host Omakase-Style Seafood Dinner on April 17

Octopus and Doritos? Albacore and pixie tangerines? Yellowtail and cuties? These are the types of seafood concoctions that will pop up at "Bites: A Raw Bar," a special dinner event happening at The Playground in downtown Santa Ana on April 17. 
Playground sous chef Frank DeLoach is the mastermind behind the six-course omakase-style ("chef's choice") dinner. He's a culinary innovator, and anything he serves is sure to be memorable.
