Congratulations, shonen! The Costa Mesa restaurant called Taco Jr., formerly part of the El Taco mini-chain based in Downey, was started by Glen Bell, the same guy that started Taco Bell. That chain is very O.G., and dates back decades.

The only place I know that does guisados is Soho Taco truck, so, yeah, that... even though I'm pretty sure its NOT a chain.
