A couple of Wednesdays ago, I stopped in at Memphis At the Santora for "Dinner With Dave," for which the irrepressible Dave Mau holds the fort down every other Wednesday with whatever the hell he wants to cook that night and some great music. After getting me blitzed with a Blue Hawaiian, he revealed a great secret: He and former restaurant partner Cody Requeno of the late, great {re]TREAT are doing a pop-up restaurant at the Crosby on March 21. HELL YA . . . and about time Aron Habinger hosts another chef!
