To wrap up this week's Q&A, Lisa Fontanesi has kindly given us Jamie Oliver's minestrone soup recipe, the Food Revolution's current recipe of the month. Because the foundation's work centers on teaching people to read and understand food-nutritional labels, we're going to run the PDF version of this recipe because it includes the nutrition information.
