​December's biggest debut was Irvine's new Mitsuwa, which constituted an uptick in the number of Asian markets by one and Asian restaurants by four, the latter in a food court the size of a studio apartment. In closures, the most cursed restaurant location in Tustin claimed one more victim, er, tenant. And also in Tustin, Peter's Gourmade Grill is moving...to Tustin.
