The Bruery has collaborated with the big-timers of the craft beer world--Dogfish Head, Stone, Elysian. Now, they're going local.

Over the course of 2012, the Placentia brewery will be teaming up with four different breweries for a local brewers collaboration series. The first beer in the works is a chocolate rye lager called Chocosaurus Rye, a collaboration with Fullerton-based Bootlegger's Brewery.

The beers will be released through The Bruery's Provisions Series line. We'll let you know more details as they come.

For now, here's a video preview of the first brew.
