Originally conceived as a burger joint, Quinn tweaked the concept to feature some of the culinary desmadre he and his Lime Truck partner Daniel Shemtob are known for, including handmade pastas, liberal use of duck fat and a well-curated beer list thanks to Jarred Dooley, formerly of the Bruery.
Expect lines. Oh, yes, expect lines.
