Anderson Cooper, a journalist who has covered tsunamis and famines and wars around the world, took on a historic assignment this week.
He tried coffee and spinach for the first time.
On his daytime talk show Anderson, he offered his reviews:
"Really? That's what people drink everyday?" he said of coffee.
"Gross," he said of spinach.
Food journalism is probably not his next venture.
