It's been five months since the Final Pho, and I still haven't eaten a bowl of pho since then--but the pho ga from Pho Quang Trung is in a league of its own. Make sure to get all the bits and bobs--the liver, the skin, the unborn eggs--but even if you just stick to nonscary things like bewbs and thighs, there's no denying the taste of the broth and the tenderness of the meat. The sauce, too--that dipping sauce could make even boneless-skinless-tasteless chicken breast taste good.

It's almost enough to make me eat pho again ... almost.
