Last year was the first year of the Dana Point Lobster Fest and evidently it was successful enough that they're doing year two this Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 4 to 9pm at Doheny State Beach.

The event is hosted by Monarch Beach Sunrise Rotary Club, who are donating all proceeds to local children's charities.

The $75 per person ticket cost entitles you to an all-you-can-eat lobster and steak dinner prepared by Chef Louis Lepe from the St. Regis and music from a group called The Grateful Dudes, which apparently includes the Dana Point mayor, Scott Schoffel, on the electric violin.
