Michael Voltaggio Among Chefs to Appear at OC Fair

Michael Voltaggio, the brooding champion of Top Chef Season 6, will be one of four celebrity chefs who will talk, and perhaps do a cooking demonstration, at the upcoming OC Fair.

The younger Voltaggio (as you remember, his older brother, Bryan, placed second on the show) will do a presentation on presentation. But you have to wait until August for it (see schedule below).

The OC Restaurant Assocation (the organization that puts together OC Restaurant Week) has also snagged Carla Hall, another Top Chef alum, to talk about comfort food and Rick Moonen from Las Vegas' RM Seafood and Top Chef Masters to chat about seafood. And--oh, yeah--the Ace of Cakes guy, Duff Goldman, from that non-Bravo network that has shows about food, will also be there.

Here's the lineup.
 
July 21, 1:30 p.m.: Duff Goldman
 
July 28 (time TBA): Carla Hall
 
Aug. 4, 1:30 p.m.: Michael Voltaggio

Aug. 11, 1:30 p.m.: Rick Moonen

The 2011 OC Fair runs from July 15 to Aug. 14. The chefs' appearances, complete with Q&As and autograph sessions, will be free with fair admission. For more info, CLICK HERE.
