Man Eats His 25,000th Big Mac

Categories: Really?!?!?
Amidst calls and petitions for McDonald's to fire Ronald McDonald and stop marketing to kids, a 57-year-old man named Don Gorske has reached a remarkable milestone: he ate his 25,000th Big Mac, 39 years after eating his first.

You might remember Gorske from Morgan Spurlock's Super Size Me, where he revealed that he has eaten about two Big Macs a day since he was 17. The local news outlet from his native Wisconsin had Gorske admitting that he's probably got an obsessive-compulsive disorder. But hey, his cholesterol level is surprisingly low.

The McDonald's corporation responded to the news with this statement: "We're honored that Don Gorske continues to be a longtime, loyal customer. We look forward to serving him for many years to come."

Serving him? How's about giving him the mascot job?
