Cypress College's Culinary School Lunch Lab Continues Until May

On March 3, it's focusing on the foods of the Southwest, which includes such items as grilled nopales salad, ancho chili braised pork and flan.
The cost is $11, and reservations are recommended, with seatings at noon and 12:15 p.m. Make your reservations by e-mailing theine@nocccd.edu or calling (714) 808-4554.
