Local Pork for Sale at Buena Park High School Anew!

Last autumn, I wrote about local meat and eggs from Buena Park High School's Agricultural Sciences Program. Now through March (or until supplies run out), hand-raised, flavorful pork is available for sale at the school's farm store.
The pork here is darker than the "other white meat." It's pork with flavor, fat and yes, gristle, and it's from animals that roam and get exercised daily by the student farmers. It's the kind of pork your grandparents knew, rather than the flabby, flavorless stuff we get from industrial farms.

According to the school's order form:

"All animals are hand-fed, farm-fresh, raised by Buena Park High School Students.
There are no chemicals, steroids, antibiotics or additives given to the animals at any time.
All meat is prime grade.
All meat comes pre-packaged, labeled and frozen."
