GOOD Magazine Rips Off 'Good Food' Name From KCRW-FM's Good Food Program

• Yeah Gustavo I'm usually with you but I have to say that this seems to me to be an overreaction on your part. I bet Ms. Kleiman's not even that phased by this. I agree with the above poster that if they were deliberately masquerading as the radio show or mimicking them in some clear way in order to steal advertisers and general good press, that'd be over the line. But something as generic as "Good Food?" It's bound to be used elsewhere.

• ...except the BBC isn't edited by someone who admits to listening to the show.

• You'd be surprised, given KCRW's national reach and the popularity of the show. And just because someone hasn't heard of a program doesn't allow another entity to rip off the name and pass it as their own.

• Oh please, no one ever thought the term 'Good Food' would be used again? 'Rip-off and stolen' seem a bit too critical for a section header that obviously would be labeled FOOD. Now if they start trying to advertise and trick readers into believing they are the KCRW show, then throw a ruckus.. but for most GOOD readers outside the LA basin, I'd bet they wouldn't have heard of the show.
