Good news out at the planned Beachwood BBQ in Long Beach for beer-swillers. Shangri-LA Food Blog got owner/chef Gabe Gordon to spill some details on the new restaurant and, particularly, what he has planned on the brew front.

So it turns out that not only will Gordon be installing another HopCam for his second outlet of Beachwood, but also his new restaurant will have a brewery of its own with "a 10-barrel system, with 90 barrels of fermentation space" and a proprietary draught system that will pour different beers at the temperature they are meant to be enjoyed. "So an IPA can be served at 43 degrees, while a Porter can be served at 55," Shangri-LA says.

Click here to read our review of Beachwood BBQ, and don't miss our three -part interview with Gordon.
