The barrel aging process takes weeks and leaves you with an unfiltered, less carbonated and more flavorful brew.
The Parrot in a Palm Tree cask was aged for two months in San Pasqual Tawny Port wine barrels. Its chocolate and espresso flavors make this the perfect winter beer, and lucky for you, it will be available at Karl Strauss Brewery until the end of the month.
