Another New Irvine Spectrum Restaurant Announced

​In addition to Capital (dim sum by the people that brought you Capital Seafood in Irvine and beyond) and Wood Ranch BBQ, the Irvine Spectrum Center will get another new restaurant tenant next year.

The latest is an Italian place called CUCINA Enoteca.  The eatery, planned for Fall 2011, will be a sister location to one already in San Diego.  It will occupy the 6,245 square feet of the former 25,000 square foot space left behind by Fox Sports Grill.

A sample of food items mentioned in the announcement include Stuffed Fried Squash Blossoms, Ricotta Gnudi, Braised Black Cod and Veal Piccata.
