Turkey Inferno Videos!

Because I just finished interviewing Robb Walsh, the dean of Texas food writers and a guy who attended the same Anaheim elementary school I did, here is a plug to his magnificent blog, Texas Eats (and buy all his books for Christmas, to boot).
