Carl's Jr. Offers iPhone, Android App

I haven't eaten at Carl's Jr. in years--still sore at them about eliminating their small cheeseburger--and do not understand the appeal of Foursquare. So maybe I'm not the most ideal person to report that Carl's Jr. has created a smartphone app--but the premise is pretty good. AdAge had the scoop last week: Eaters check into the app anytime they visit a Carl's (or Hardee's, but who cares about them since we don't have them in OC) and are eligible for free prizes. That's cool, but only problem: the program doesn't debut until next year.
