What's one food you wish would disappear forever?
Canned asparagus.

What's your best recent food find?
Becoming reacquainted with a good gravlax...yummy.

You're on the way to Vegas in a car; where do you stop and what do you eat?
The Mad Greek in Baker. A gyro.

What cuisine are you unfamiliar with that you'd like to try?
Korean.

What's your fast food guilty pleasure?
Taco Bell.

After a long, crappy day, where do you get your drink on?
Tracy's Bar and Grill.

Who's your favorite celebrity chef?
Jamie Oliver.

What would you like to see more of in Long Beach from a food standpoint?
A Scandinavian style bistro.

What would you like to see less of in Long Beach from a food standpoint?
There is too mush fast food here.

What's your favorite cookbook?
I love the quarterly book publications of Art Culinaire.

What's the oddest thing you've ever eaten?
Camel. A shoulder, BRT [boned, rolled and tied] and braised for my family at a Moroccan Restaurant here in Long Beach.
