To have a bit of context, the old China Palace did Mandarin Chinese food and sushi..
But judging by the sign, they've KFC'd the name to just CP, and they're adding burgers! And seafood?
I'm hoping that what it's offering is Mandarin sushi burgers, with seafood on the side.
