Jons Marketplace to Open in Garden Grove

​We don't normally cover grocery store openings, but Jons is not your typical grocery store. An LA chain of "normal" supermarkets with an Armenian, Russian and Middle Eastern bent, Jons Marketplace has only had one outpost in OC, on Golden West in Westminster.
That will change on Wednesday, as Jons opens a second Orange County location at 11072 Magnolia St., on the corner of Katella, right where Garden Grove and Stanton meet. A grand opening celebration will happen later; in the meantime, go and ogle the meat counter at the former Lucky; Jons carries an amazing array of sausages and cheeses that will go head-to-head with Super King up the street.
