Top Chef Tour To Include Stop at Irvine Spectrum on June 17

​"Top Chef: The Tour," a 21-city tour -- which trots out recent and past chef'testants from town-to-town crammed inside the trailer of a semi truck like animals in a traveling circus (actually, I'm sure they'll be put up in posh hotels and stuff...but wouldn't it be funny?) -- will stop at Irvine Spectrum Center on June 17.

Best of all: it's free.

Here's some info straight from the press release:

"This year's tour will feature an updated, restaurant-style format with table seating for 64 guests, bringing fans a fuller, more enjoyable culinary experience as they interact with their favorite chef'testants."

Translation: Free food!  And they won't arrest you for touching them.

"Guests will compete for a chance to win prizes by testing their senses and food knowledge in a series of smell-tests as they attempt to identify the correct scent in the quickest amount of time."
