Gallo's Italian Deli Opening Second Spot in Laguna Beach!

If Fate ever takes me to Corona del Mar during the day and I don't want to drive down PCH to Husky Boy Burgers in Laguna Beach, I always stop by Gallo's Italian Deli and munch on subs: fat weights bursting with various cuts, lightly decorated, a curious piece of the East Coast in the county's toniest beach community. It's not the best Italian deli in Orange County (I'll let Dave decide that one, but my vote will always be with Cortina's in Anacrime), but it's a damn good place.

They've been at it for nearly 40 years, but the party is just starting: this Saturday, they're holding a grand opening for their first satellite location, in Laguna Beach.

I'm not sure if it's open to the public because I did a Fast Food Maven and am taking all the information for my post from an invitation, but the location for the new Gallo's is 202 Park Avenue, in Laguna. See you there!
