Chago Ahogadas Now Open in Santa Ana!

• If you in need of a hangover cure, make sure to stop by here!! If your a chile fan make sure to get it fully ahogada, for the lighter weights mediana is best but is still spicy....I say order it mild for those who dont eat chile at all! AUTHENTIC!!! for sure!

• Stopped by this one yesterday with a few people got two tortas filled with pork/carnitas. The mild one was delightful and tasty the one with the hotter salsa was intense with heat. Won't order that one again. Simple set up. I live two minutes away and will put this in my regular rotation.

• And we do that (witness: Lola Gaspar, Mesa's exclusionary service, etc.). But I'd rather waste my arthritic hands on the good than the bad!

• I hope you review it even if its bad. We readers also want to know what places to avoid, what places are over rated, or even a different perspective on things.

• Diamond: By Taqueria Guadalajara, I meant the chain with couple of outposts in SanTana and Anacrime. Their tortas ahogadas are good, but not as good as La Perla Tapatia in La Habra. I will review the place if it's good!

• Can't wait for the review... I have been driving by the place for a while (Main is my alternate when the 55/5 sucks, which is.. oh, all the time). Hopefully it's gringo user friendly, lol.

• Thanks for this! I was waiting and waiting for you to release the name and was afraid you would forget. You mentioned a place called Taquieria Guadalajara (I think), but did not list a city. so when I googled, a hundred places came up. It will be nice to not have to rely on the Taco truck that serves this and to be able to get this in the evening and to be able to sit down. Is it as spicy and mouth burning as the others? Are you going to do a review. Please dont forget the address and the hours its open. Thanks!
