Rumbi Island Grill to Open Three More In O.C.

Over a year ago I reported that a Utah chain called Rumbi Island Grill was planning to come and open up a series of stores. With their Mission Viejo store now already well- established, they're moving onward and upward.
The RSM store will debut in January and it's been announced that they're staking out locations in Newport Beach at The Bluffs and also La Habra. Yes, La Habra, my hometown will be gettin' some Utah-chain love.
While we're on the subject, what's with all the Utah-based eateries coming across our state line? Cafe Rio. Rumbi Island Grill. Do I sense a trade deficit on California's part here?
