Ellie Krieger to Give Demo, Signing at SCP

​You know, it's never too early to be a buzzkill. New Year's resolution season is coming soon, and if, like just about everyone else in the world, one of your goals is to eat healthier food, you might want to come meet Ellie Krieger.

Krieger, who is the host of Food Network's "Healthy Appetite" (one of the few shows remaining on the Food Network that actually features people teaching the audience how to cook food) and the New York Times bestselling author of So Easy: Luscious Healthy Recipes for Every Meal of the Week, will be doing a demonstration and book signing at Williams-Sonoma in South Coast Plaza.

The event is Thursday, January 14 from 12 noon to 2 p.m., so take a long lunch, grab a nice, healthy salad with lean protein, buy a copy of the book and go meet the anti-Paula Deen.
